The Collaborative Practice Community is pleased to announce an educational event that could very well make a huge difference for you and your family. If you’re a professional, there’s the potential to significantly enhance the value that you offer your clients simply by being aware of this new planning and dispute resolution alternative.
As many of you know, we’re excited and honored to be part of a new estate planning model called Collaborative Practice Trusts & Estates, or “Collaborative Estates” as it’s sometimes referred to.
The basic idea is to help avoid expensive and damaging family fights, but also to prepare the next generation to handle wealth successfully. The great news is that now, for the first time, there’s a structure that can support families in achieving these goals and more. The model has been proven to work over the past 20 years, and in fact, has spread to over 24 countries around the world.
Peter Johnson is one of three trained Collaborative professionals who will be doing a public presentation about Collaborative Estates in San Jose this coming Thursday night. If you are available that evening, we invite you to come and hear what it’s all about, and get your questions answered. Rest assured, we’re not there to “sell” anything. Rather, we view our mission as public education and awareness. We think you’ll find the presentation interesting and compelling.
Below are the details about the event. We ask that you RSVP to (408) 984-4767 if you plan on attending.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
